CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION

Our training begins in the classroom. Through workbook materials and daily activities , trainees learn about soft skills needed to be successful in the workplace as well as how to improve them. The soft skill portion of our class is anywhere from ⅓-½ of our day while the rest of the day is spent studying the ServSafe® Manager curriculum. Trainees will complete a ServSafe® Food Handler Certification and have the option to complete a ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification as well. Our Workforce Development Trainer will help the trainee decide which certification may be best for them.
